*Digital Marketing Executive - The LexSphere*

*About the Role*

The LexSphere is a legal consultancy and legal education brand based in Varanasi, with an established digital presence across Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, and a growing website that serves as our primary lead source. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who will independently own the complete digital engine of the firm. This is an execution-driven role rather than a supervisory one. The person in this position will be directly accountable for search rankings, organic reach, paid campaign efficiency, and the volume and quality of enquiries generated every month.

*Position Details*

The role is based at our office at Maa Sharda Palace, Shivaji Nagar, Kandwa, Varanasi 221106, and is a full time on-site position from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The compensation offered is between Rs. 11,000 and Rs. 15,000 per month, along with performance-linked incentives tied to lead generation and campaign outcomes. We are open to candidates with one to three years of relevant experience, and freshers with a strong, verifiable portfolio are equally welcome to apply.

*Search Engine Optimisation*

The candidate will handle both on-page and off-page SEO for thelexsphere.com. On the on-page side, this includes keyword research and mapping across all practice area pages and blogs, writing and optimising title tags and meta descriptions, structuring headings correctly, adding image alt text, cleaning up URL slugs, and building a sensible internal linking structure between service pages and blog content. The role also involves resolving canonical tag issues, duplicate and thin content, and broken links, implementing schema markup such as LegalService, LocalBusiness, FAQ and Article, and coordinating with the developer on page speed, Core Web Vitals and mobile responsiveness.

On the off-page side, the candidate will build quality backlinks through legal directories, guest posts, PR placements and business citations, maintain consistent name, address and phone details across platforms such as JustDial, Sulekha, IndiaMART and Bing Places,



conduct competitor backlink gap analysis, and monitor domain health while disavowing spam links where required.

*Blogs and Content Production*

The candidate will be responsible for publishing four to eight SEO-optimised blogs every month on subjects such as labour and employment law, corporate compliance, matrimonial disputes and property matters. This includes researching search intent, preparing well-structured drafts, and coordinating legal accuracy review with our advocate team before publishing. Published long-form content must also be repurposed into shorter formats such as carousels, reel captions and WhatsApp broadcast messages, so that every blog works across multiple channels rather than sitting idle on the website.

*Google Business Profile Management*

Local visibility is a priority for us, and the candidate will fully own our Google Business Profile. This covers optimisation of categories, services, business description, service areas and attributes, weekly posts and updates, regular photo and video uploads, active management of the questions and answers section, a structured review generation strategy, and prompt professional responses to every review received. Performance must be tracked through GMB Insights, specifically calls, direction requests and website clicks, with clear month-on-month improvement.

*Paid Advertising*

The candidate will plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta and Google. On Meta, this includes lead generation, click-to-WhatsApp and traffic campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, while on Google it covers Search and Performance Max campaigns targeting high-intent legal service keywords. Responsibilities include audience building, lookalike and retargeting setups, exclusion lists,



writing ad copy, preparing creative briefs for the design team, running A/B tests on hooks and creatives, setting up pixel and conversion tracking, and managing daily budgets with a constant focus on reducing cost per lead.

*Content Calendar and Social Media Coordination*

The candidate will build and maintain a monthly content calendar covering all LexSphere pages, and will coordinate with the script writers, video editors and designers to ensure everything is delivered and published on schedule. Day-to-day work includes scheduling posts, reels, carousels and YouTube uploads, managing comments and direct messages, and routing genuine enquiries to the client intake team without delay.

*Analytics, Reporting and Lead Accountability*

The candidate must be comfortable working with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Meta Business Suite, and will submit a weekly performance report covering website traffic, keyword movement, social reach, leads generated and cost per lead, followed by a monthly review that offers clear recommendations rather than raw numbers alone. Every campaign must have a defined lead capture path through WhatsApp, a form or a call, and the candidate will maintain a lead log tracking the funnel from first click to consultation booked.

*Skills and Attributes We Expect*

We expect working familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or Ubersuggest, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, comfort with WordPress or a similar content management system, and basic design ability using Canva. Strong written English is essential for blogs and ad copy, and fluency in Hindi is important for audience communication. Above all, we are looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of numbers, and improve them month after month.
