Sukoon Cafe is looking for passionate and hardworking Baristas to join our team. If you enjoy coffee, fast-paced café environments and creating a warm customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities: Prepare coffee, matcha and café beverages as per recipes
- Handle espresso machine, grinder and brewing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bar and workspace
- Assist customers with menu recommendations and take orders on Petpooja system
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff during rush hours
- Help with stock management and daily prep
- Give service till table to customer
Requirements:
- Prior café/barista experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso-based beverages
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Punctual, well-groomed and team-oriented
- Willingness to do service
- Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
