Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - Field Sales

Experience:3 to 5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate (B.Sc, BHM, or Hospitality preferred)

Work: Field Sales

What you will do:

• Visit 6 to 7 healthcare partners daily in your assigned area.

• Pitch and onboard new merchants onto the SaveIN platform.

• Train the partner’s staff on how to use our app and explain the advantages to their patients.

• Achieve your monthly onboarding and sales targets.

• Build strong daily relationships with clinic owners and managers.

What we need from you:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, loan sales, or hospitality/retail supervision.

• Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English) to confidently speak with doctors and clinic owners.

• Must own a 2-wheeler and a valid driving license.

• Ready to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday/Sunday) as clinic footfall is highest on weekends.

• Goal-oriented and comfortable with daily field travel.
