Key ResponsibilitiesHandle

- inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and location to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.
- RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Real estate or telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome.
