We are looking for a skilled and responsible Solar Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The technician will work on residential, commercial, and/or industrial solar projects and ensure that systems are installed and operating safely and efficiently.

- Key ResponsibilitiesInstall solar PV panels, mounting structures, cables, inverters, batteries, and other system components.
- Perform electrical wiring, connections, and cable termination according to safety standards.
- Conduct site surveys and assist with measurements and system installation planning.
- Test and commission solar PV systems after installation.
- Inspect solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other equipment for faults or damage.




- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and solar-system problems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installations.
- Replace defective components and carry out necessary repairs.
- Monitor system performance and identify efficiency or generation issues.
- Maintain installation and maintenance records.
- Follow electrical, workplace, and solar installation safety procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, customers, and other technicians.
- Maintain tools and equipment in valuable working condition.
- Travel to project sites when required
