Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining formalities. The candidate should preferably have experience in manufacturing, cosmetics, FMCG, pharma, or related industries.

- Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for corporate and manufacturing/plant positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, job portals, references, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates according to the Job Description.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates on experience, skills, salary expectations, notice period, and suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, selection, rejection, and joining.
- Maintain proper candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and daily hiring reports.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiation, and joining confirmation.
- Coordinate pre-joining and joining documentation.




- Maintain a talent pipeline for frequently required positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle recruitment for positions such as Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, Sales, HR, and other support functions.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate databases.
- Required SkillsGood knowledge of Recruitment & Selection.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn will be preferred.
- Manufacturing/plant recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
