Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed) and social media (LinkedIn) to find talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between candidates and department heads.
- Database Management: Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking records and recruitment MIS.
- Onboarding: Assist selected candidates with onboarding documentation and joining formalities. [1, 2]

Candidate Profile

- Skills: Strong verbal communication and active interpersonal negotiation skills.
- Education: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources is highly preferred.
- Mindset:



Highly target-driven and comfortable working under tight bulk-hiring deadlines.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as recruiter
