We are looking for a motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for in office and in-house support related to electrical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and commissioning of electrical equipment at customer sites
Providing product demonstrations and technical support
Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting
Attending service calls and resolving issues efficiently
Preparing service reports and maintaining documentation
Coordinating with internal teams for technical support.
Requirements:
Diploma or BE in Electrical Engineering
Experience in field service or similar role preferred
Willingness to travel (field/resident role)
