Sales Executive – Modular Kitchen Display

Position: Female Sales Executive

Location: Interior Display / Showroom Zirakpur

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to handle sales at our interior display/showroom. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in sales, be comfortable speaking with customers, and have a good understanding of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the interior display/showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and project needs.
- Explain interior designs, materials, finishes, features, and pricing to customers.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain customer details, quotations, follow-ups, and sales records using MS Excel.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure a smooth sales experience.
- Coordinate with the design and installation team to communicate customer requirements.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.




- Build strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

- Previous sales experience is mandatory, preferably in interiors, modular kitchens, furniture, real estate, retail, or a related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Comfortable using **MS Excel** for maintaining records and basic reports.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, well-presented, and qualified personality.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in interior design, furniture, home improvement, or showroom sales will be preferred.
