About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding property owners, promoting NoBroker's products and services, and driving premium subscription sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard property owners (sellers) onto the NoBroker platform.

• Generate business through outbound calls and follow up with assigned leads.

• Explain No Broker's products, subscription plans, and value proposition.

• Verify property details and ensure accurate listing information.

• Convert leads into premium subscribers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to improve engagement.

• Coordinate with internal teams.

• Maintain CRM records.





• Resolve customer queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Adhere to company processes and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
