We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our production team. In this role, you will build the core structural steel frames for our pre-fabricated homes. You must be able to read engineered blueprints and execute accurate welds to ensure our structures are safe, square, and strong.

Key Responsibilities

- Read blueprints and structural drawings accurately.
- Layout and fit steel components for modular home frames.
- Perform high-quality welds (mainly Arc/ MIG/Flux-Core) in various positions.
- Operate fabrication tools like grinders, saws, and torches.
- Inspect finished welds to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow all workshop safety protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Welder or Fabricator.
- Strong blueprint reading and structural schematic skills.
- Experience with structural steel or heavy framing is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail to ensure precise dimensional tolerances.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
