- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Maintain a qualified and positive attitude while speaking with customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor/manager.
