- Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver practical and theory-based training in Industrial Automation.
- Train students on PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, VFD, sensors, control panels and industrial automation concepts.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions using real PLC and automation training kits.
- Prepare and explain practical assignments, projects and troubleshooting exercises.
- Guide students in developing industry-oriented automation projects.
- Evaluate student performance, assignments and practical skills.
- Provide individual attention and technical support to students.
- Maintain training schedules and ensure courses are completed as per the planned curriculum.
- Support students with technical interview preparation and industry-oriented problem solving.
- Keep training content updated with current industrial automation practices.




- Maintain proper records of student attendance, assignments and progress.
- Required SkillsStrong knowledge of PLC Programming – Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta / Omron.
- Knowledge of HMI, SCADA, VFD and industrial control systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical control panels, sensors and industrial wiring.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good communication and student-handling skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing technical skills in students.
- Preferred QualificationsDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation or a related field.
- 1–5 years of industrial experience or training/teaching experience in Industrial Automation.
- Candidates with hands-on industrial automation commissioning or maintenance experience will be preferred.
