· Reliable, creative production engineer to oversee manufacturing processes &assembly;

· Identifying manufacturing needs for new products in development

· Generating production documentation such as assembly instructions

· Improve standardization/consistency in manufacturing by providing standard work methods and work instructions

· Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required

· Responsible for supervising our growing team

· Organize plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time

· Support, contribute and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities

· Ensure Safety precautions are followed promptly

· Provide training for machine tool operations
