- Provide L2/L3 production support for critical payment applications.
- Perform real-time monitoring of payment transactions and application health.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Payments in NEFT, RTGS, and NACH transactions.
- Conduct incident investigation, root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor and troubleshoot message flows, queues, and middleware components.
- Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong Payments domain experience with NEFT, RTGS, and NACH.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL query writing, and performance tuning.
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix and log analysis.
- Experience with IBM MQ and RabbitMQ, including queue management and message flow troubleshooting.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in shift rotations at client site.
