1. Sr. Data Scientis with 4-8 years of hands-on experience serving as IC
2. Strong hands-on experience in Python; should be able to build clean, modular, efficient and production ready code
3. Strong in ML fundamentals - core statistical analysis, probability, hypothesis testing, and quantitative metrics.
4. ML Techniques: Expertise in supervised and unsupervised algorithms, including Clustering, Decision Trees, XGBoost, and ensemble techniques.
5. Generative AI Exposure: Demonstrated practical understanding and hands-on exposure to Generative AI architectures, LLMs, and prompt engineering/frameworks.
6. Model deployment: Experience in deploying the models into Cloud setting and related activities such as model management, drift checks etc.
7. Cloud tech stack: Azure Cloud and DevOps pipelines
