Role Description The Creative Design and Brand Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing visual brand assets across digital and print channels, including marketing collateral, presentations, social media content, and product-related materials. Day-to-day work includes creating design concepts, refining brand guidelines, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate technical solutions into clear, compelling visual narratives and campaigns. The specialist will also support copywriting for design-driven content, manage design workflows, and contribute to creative strategy for product launches and corporate communications.

We are looking for a Creative Design & Brand Specialist who can take ownership of our visual brand across digital, print, product marketing, social media, trade shows, and events.

This is not a conventional graphic-design role. We are looking for someone who combines strong creative design skills with technical/product visualization and digital marketing knowledge.

You should be able to take an idea from concept to final execution—whether it is a social-media post, product brochure,



trade-show booth graphic, brand guideline, technical illustration, product render, or print-ready marketing asset.

Key Responsibilities

· Create professional brochures, catalogs, datasheets, flyers, presentations, banners, posters, infographics, and digital creatives.

· Design content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other social-media platforms.

· Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including typography, colors, layouts, imagery, logo usage and visual standards.

· Create trade-show and event graphics, including booth panels, backdrops, standees, signage and large-format banners.

· Prepare accurate print-ready artwork with proper CMYK, bleed, resolution, dimensions, crop marks and file formats.

· Create 3D product renders and product visualizations for marketing and presentations.

· Work with engineering/product teams to convert technical information into attractive, easy-to-understand visual communication.

· Create and edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content.

· Support digital marketing activities, including SEO, campaign creatives and content optimization.

· Work with Zoho Marketing Plus and Zoho CRM for campaigns, marketing activities, lead management and performance tracking.

· Coordinate with printers, trade-show vendors and other external partners when required.

· Maintain visual consistency and quality across all company communication.

· Understands the difference between designing for digital, commercial print and large-format production.

· Can independently take a project from creative brief → concept → design → revisions → production-ready output.

· Is comfortable working with both creative marketing teams and technical/engineering teams.

· Can understand industrial or technical products and communicate their features visually.

· Understands the basics of SEO, social-media marketing and digital campaigns.

· Is highly organized and capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.

· Demonstrates attention to detail, creativity, ownership and a willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate

2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, brand design, visual communication, product visualization or a related creative role.

Experience with technology, industrial products, electrical products, engineering, manufacturing or B2B companies will be an advantage.

A strong portfolio is more important than the number of years of experience.
