Job Description:

- Handle customer enquiries received through email, phone, website, and B2B portals.

- Review RFQs, technical specifications, and customer requirements.

- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations within committed timelines.

- Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and dispatch teams for order execution.

- Maintain and update customer records, enquiries, quotations, and sales activities in ERP/CRM systems.

- Prepare sales reports, enquiry status reports, and forecast data for management review.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and support.
