INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER

Role Description

Deliver as ServiceNow System Administrator to configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity. Key responsibilities include user administration, workflow automation, incident management, and participating in platform upgrades/patches. They also create reports, dashboards, and maintain integrations with other systems.

Roles And Responsibilities

Platform Administration: Daily monitoring, patching, upgrading, and maintaining system health.

Configuration & Customization: Configuring forms,



UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows.

User & Security Management: Managing user accounts, roles, groups, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

Support & Troubleshooting: Acting as the primary point of contact for incidents and service requests and conducting root cause analysis.

Documentation: Maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Data Management: Ensuring data integrity, including managing import sets and transform maps.

Provide on-call support, shared with other team members in the US and India, to ensure platform availability and performance.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

Experience: 2- 4 years, focusing on ServiceNow support and basic configuration.

Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is generally required or preferred.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of JavaScript (for scripting), HTML/CSS, and web services (REST/SOAP).

Experience: Previous experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD modules.

Analytical Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot platform issues.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
