Location: Coimbatore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other channels.

- Counsel students/customers about courses and convert leads into admissions.

- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets.

- Handle inbound & outbound calls and maintain lead records.

- Build solid customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling or Business Development.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

- Coimbatore/local candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities Mentor students in Psychology and Theory of Knowledge (TOK). Plan and deliver engaging sessions that promote critical thinking and inquiry. Guide students in research, analysis, reflection, and academic writing. Support students with projects, assessments, and presentations. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Encourage independent learning, open discussion, and intellectual curiosity. Collaborate with teachers and school leadership to support student development. Candidate Profile Master’s Degree in Psychology or a relevant subject with B. Ed. 2–5 years of relevant teaching/mentoring experience. Experience with IB/International curriculum and TOK will be preferred. Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
