Job Description:

- Build and manage the master launch tracker across store readiness, fit-out, vendors, staffing,

- collateral, uniforms, operating protocols, training and launch dependencies.

- Maintain launch checklists, risk trackers and weekly readiness reviews.

- Coordinate with brand/design partners, operations, technical teams, vendors, recruiters and

- external advisors.

- Identify delays, bottlenecks and unresolved dependencies early, and push them towards

- closure.

- Ensure launch execution does not remain founder-memory-led; it becomes tracker/system-

- led.
