? Job Location: Khordha, Odisha
? Role: Field Recruiter (Field & Warehouse Hiring)
? CTC: Up to ₹23,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit blue-collar candidates for Flipkart warehouse operations.

- Handle bulk hiring for roles such as Packer, Picker, Sorter, Loader, Unloader, Data Entry Operator, and ITI profiles.

- Conduct field visits for candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

- Build local sourcing networks and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.

- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth joining.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 6 months of experience in blue-collar/bulk hiring recruitment.





- Experience hiring warehouse or logistics manpower is preferred.

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

- Bike is mandatory for field travel.

- Solid communication and coordination skills.
