- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR.
- BFSI sector experience is mandatory.
- Experience in core recruitment, HR operations and employee management.
- Experience in hiring candidates from peer/competitor organizations will be preferred.
Roles:
- Manage and coordinate with different HR teams to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment, particularly for BFSI/financial services roles.
- Build strong talent pipelines and proactively source candidates from peer companies and competing organizations.
- Understand the BFSI talent market, competitor organizations, business models and industry structure to support strategic hiring.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs aligned with business requirements.
- Build and strengthen a positive, professional and performance-oriented work culture.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management and exits.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and maintain employee discipline.
- Stay updated with applicable labour laws, employment regulations and statutory HR requirements.
- Maintain and manage HRMS, recruitment portals and other HR-related software and platforms.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports and MIS.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand manpower requirements and HR challenges.
- Support employee retention initiatives and resolve employee-related concerns effectively.
- Identify HR gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve overall organizational effectiveness
Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of HR laws, labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
