- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Archer development and administration.
- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and processes, including Risk Management, Incident Management, Business Continuity Management and Policy management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), BAFIN and VAIT.
- Proficiency in designing and developing Archer applications, workflows, data feeds, and reports.
- Robust understanding of Archer Access Control configuration and different levels of Access permissions.
- Experience with Archer API and integration with other systems.
- Expertise in Archer Control Panel for server-side administration, including instance management, system configuration, and performance tuning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
