Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Sales & Business Development for Cardiac products across South India or assigned states.
- Achieve sales targets, budgets, and ensure successful recent product launches.
- Manage, retain, and develop a team of ZBMs, RBMs, ABMs, and MRs, ensuring high PCPM and target achievement.
- Conduct scientific/medical promotions of Cardiac products and implement marketing strategies effectively.
- Maintain administrative control and performance monitoring of the field force.
- Appoint and manage Stockists and Distributors to ensure seamless distribution.
- Provide guidance and support to the team to achieve individual and business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- B.Sc (Science) or B. Pharma graduate.
- 18–20 years of experience in Pharma Sales, with 2–3 years as Zonal Sales Manager handling Cardiac segment for South India or multiple states.
- Strong people management and business development skills.
- Experience in scientific/medical promotions and launching new products in the Cardiac segment.
- Proven ability in maintaining administrative control of field force and managing stockists/distributors.
