- Conduct regular site visits to potential and ongoing project locations.
- Collect and document project details including contractor and builder information.
- Identify material requirements for both commercial and residential projects.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with contractors, builders, and project managers.
- Support sales team with project-related data and follow-up for potential leads.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
