As a Lead Analyst, Product Innovation at Ensemble Health Partners India, you will be driving the application of AI-enabled, data-driven capabilities across the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) organization. Your primary focus will be on traditional machine learning model development, from problem framing to model training and deployment support, to enhance decision-making and operational performance.**Core Competencies & Responsibilities:**- **Machine Learning Model Development (Critical)** - Frame business problems into ML use cases, define target variables, success metrics, and experimental approaches. - Build, tune, and evaluate traditional ML models such as regression, classification, tree-based models, and perform feature engineering, model validation, and performance monitoring.- **Applied GenAI & LLM Enablement (Important)** - Apply LLM/GenAI capabilities where they add value, including prompt design, RAG basics, and Python-based prototyping. - Evaluate LLM output quality and risk, and collaborate with engineering to translate prototypes into production-ready requirements.- **Technical Execution (Python SQL Azure)** - Build prototypes using Python, Azure OpenAI, SQL, and Azure ecosystem tools. - Collaborate with engineering and data teams to validate data, refine requirements, and ensure scalable design.- **Analytical Problem Solving** - Break down complex problems, analyze root causes, and structure analytical approaches. - Utilize quantitative evidence to form recommendations.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work with operations, product, engineering, and AI teams. - Contribute to requirements, design reviews, and prototype evaluations.- **Clear Communication** - Synthesize complex findings into clear insights, summaries,
