As a Marketing Manager focusing on cardiovascular products, you will be responsible for formulating pre-launch strategies and marketing plans tailored to the asset. Your key responsibilities will include:- Market Segmentation: Identify and define target demographics within the cardiovascular market.- Value Proposition: Articulate the unique selling points (USPs) of the CV products.- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to foster advocacy.- Create and execute marketing plans that align with corporate objectives and market needs.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing strategies.- Perform Clear sight modeling and market share analysis, devising strategies to increase brand share.- Conceptualize and design marketing content such as detail aids, LBLs, Lama, speaker decks, campaign visuals, etc.- Work alongside and lead cross-functional projects involving sales, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing and pre-launch strategies.- Conceptualization, planning, and nationwide implementation of novel marketing engagements in line with business needs, such as innovative HCP education, media, patient awareness, disease awareness, etc.- Drive monthly business reviews for all zones, incorporating cross-functional data analysis, account-level assessments, market share evaluations, and prescriber insights.- Oversee relationships with healthcare organizations (HCOs), including negotiation, documentation, and post-event follow-up.- Drive differentiated scientific education through International Speaker Programs (ISPs) from start to finish, including expert selection, logistics coordination, nationwide tours,
and post-event evaluations.Job Requirements:- Individuals with a strong background in marketing (cardiology/critical care/rare diseases preferred) or experience leading marketing for multimillion brands/management consulting experience.- Excellent organizational and project management skills.- Experience leading cross-functional teams in diverse settings.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Demonstrates behavior consistent with high integrity and strong values.- Experience with launching new products is preferred.Education: Masters or higher (Business and/or Policy preferred).Skills: Market Research, Product Launch, Marketing Strategy, Project Management.Experience: 19.00-25.00 Years.
