Financial Support (DBT)
- Monthly assistance:9,000 900 by Company (CSR/own funds) 8,100 by Government via DBT
- Onetime incidental grant:6,000 via DBT (3,000 within 15 days of joining; 3,000 within 15 days after 3 months)
- Insurance: Govt provides life personal accident cover (equivalent to PMJJBY PMSBY)

Process (Portal: pminternship.mca.gov.in)
- Company roles (location, 9month duration, qualifications, benefits)
- Candidates register via Aadhaar/eKYC; resume autogenerated
- company selects and issues offers via portal
- Candidate accepts; company confirms joining (triggers incidental grant DBT)
- Company pays 900 monthly (upload by 5th); Govt pays 8,100 via DBT
- Mentors assigned; Training Plan & Quarterly Performance Reports uploaded; attendance tracked
- Completion certificate via portal (or Participation certificate if 50% tenure and dropout)
