- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and cloud-based applications
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills




- Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of integrations, CRM, or enterprise software
