Job Title: Head Anti-Counterfeit & Brand ProtectionLocation: Delhi NCRIndustry: Pharmaceuticals / Consumer Healthcare / OTC / NutraceuticalsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced leader to head the Anti-Counterfeit & Brand Protection function. The role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to prevent product counterfeiting, protect brand integrity, manage market surveillance activities, and coordinate investigations across India.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organizations anti-counterfeit and brand protection strategy.
- Lead market intelligence, surveillance, and enforcement programs to identify counterfeit products.
- Coordinate investigations, product authentication, evidence collection, and legal actions against counterfeit networks.
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies.
- Establish product security measures, serialization, track-and-trace, and authentication solutions.
- Manage third-party investigators, law enforcement agencies, customs authorities, and industry bodies.
- Monitor counterfeit trends, grey market activities, diversion risks, and emerging threats.
- Drive awareness and training programs for internal teams,



distributors, stockists, and channel partners.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property protection requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 15 years of experience in Anti-Counterfeit, Brand Protection, Product Security, Investigations, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions.
- Strong experience in Pharmaceuticals, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Medical Devices, Nutraceuticals, or allied industries.
- Hands-on experience in market investigations, raids, enforcement actions, and counterfeit detection.
- Knowledge of serialization, track & trace systems, supply chain security, and product authentication technologies.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and legal teams.
- Excellent analytical, investigation, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Pharmacy / Science / Engineering / Law graduate.
- Certifications in Fraud Investigation, Compliance, Risk Management, Supply Chain Security, or Brand Protection will be an advantage.
