Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Designer / Project & Design
Coordinator to lead architectural design and manage coordination across
consultants for complex residential developments.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead architectural design development from concept to execution stages
 Manage coordination with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants
 Review and approve drawings, details, and design deliverables
 Coordinate with project management and site execution teams
 Ensure compliance with local by-laws and statutory approvals
 Support value engineering and constructability reviews
 Mentor junior architects and design team members

Requirements
 Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
 6–10 years of experience in high-rise residential projects
 Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and design coordination tools
 Robust knowledge of local building regulations and approvals
 Excellent leadership and communication skills
