An Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Key Competencies:
Assist in procurement and purchasing activities using SAP MM.
Create and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
Support vendor onboarding and master data maintenance.
Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning activities.
Validate procurement documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate procurement reports and analyze purchasing data.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for procurement requirements.
Support invoice verification and goods receipt processes.
Resolve basic procurement-related issues and escalate when required
