Senior Product Manager Mar Tech About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of a key product area within a cutting-edge Mar Tech / B2B SaaS product.

This is an individual contributor (IC) role where you will drive day-to-day product execution while contributing to the broader product strategy, roadmap, and customer experience. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-centric product professional who can work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and navigate ambiguity to deliver impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive day-to-day product execution for an assigned product area, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

- Engage directly with customers to understand their business needs, pain points, and feedback.

- Translate customer insights and business requirements into actionable product improvements.

- Contribute to overall product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization in alignment with business objectives.

- Define clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new features.

- Use product data, analytics, and KPIs to evaluate product performance and support prioritization decisions.

- Work with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals and customer needs.

- Identify potential product and delivery risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.

- Support Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.

- Conduct post-launch evaluations to measure feature adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.





- Continuously iterate and enhance the product based on customer feedback, usage data, and performance metrics.

- Mentor and support junior Product Managers or Product Associates when required.

Required Qualifications
- 4 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role.

- Experience working on SaaS, Mar Tech, B2B SaaS, or technology products is preferred.

- Strong technical understanding with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

- Proven experience managing products/features independently from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.

- Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Business, Sales, and Marketing teams.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer problems into product solutions.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments.

- Comfortable using AI tools for product analysis, research, documentation, ideation, and day-to-day product activities.

Preferred Skills




- Prior experience in Mar Tech or B2B SaaS products.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.

- Experience conceptualizing, launching, or enhancing AI-powered product features.

- Exposure to AI use cases such as:

- Recommendations

- Automation

- Product insights

- AI-assisted workflows

- Intelligent decision-support features

- Experience using product analytics and KPIs to measure product success.

- Experience working closely with customers and translating feedback into product enhancements.
