Job Description About Adsreverb n Adsreverb Digital Private Limited is a performance-driven digital marketing company specializing in media buying, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, and performance advertising solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance&Payroll; Executive to support our growing finance operations and ensure smooth payroll management and statutory compliance. n Key Responsibilities n Finance&Accounting; n n Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. n Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. n Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.n Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. n Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making. n Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations. n Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial information and support departmental requirements.n Assist during internal and external audits and address audit-related queries. n Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions. n n Payroll&Compliance; n n Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary calculations, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions. n Coordinate with the HR team to collect attendance records, leave data, employee benefits information, and payroll documentation.



n Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, TDS, and Labour Laws.n Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential employee payroll records. n Handle employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions. n Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, statutory compliances, and industry best practices. n n Additional Responsibilities n n Support management with financial data and reports as required.n Perform other finance and accounting-related duties assigned from time to time. n n Requirements n n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com). n 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or related functions. n Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.n Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.). n Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms. n Valuable understanding of taxation and financial regulations. n Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.n High attention to detail and accuracy. n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. n Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within deadlines. n Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or IT services company will be an added advantage. n n What We Offern n Opportunity to work in a fast-growing digital advertising company. n Exposure to end-to-end finance and payroll operations. n Collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. n Learning and career advancement opportunities. n
