and business ownership to create spaces customers love and convert that into measurable success.n What You'll Own n● Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans n ● Own the complete design deliverables n ● Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience n ● Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets n ● Ensure clear, seamless project handover to executionteamsn What We're Looking For n● 1-5 years experience in residential interiors (modular + space planning) n ● Bachelor's in Interior Design/B.Arch or equivalent, or a 2–3 year Diploma with 2+ years' residential interiors experience. n ● Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar tools n ● Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setupsn● Robust communication and presentation skills n ● High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
