Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring continuous service availability. The position demands collaboration with multiple teams to maintain system health and swiftly resolve disruptions, thereby supporting the smooth operation of critical business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring and incident management practices.
- Experience with automation tools to streamline operational tasks.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and troubleshoot multi-component environments.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to support automation and integration efforts.





Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
