Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Bancassurance strategy & execution

- Responsible for leading the NBFC partnerships for the area/state

- Planning and executing aggressive sales targets, while maintaining budgeted numbers on profitability and productivity

- Responsible for maintaining and encouraging the diversity ratio, controlling attrition, and developing the available resources

- Designing, implementing and executing the local level strategies to achieve top-line, bottom-line and the budgeted wallet share

- In charge of the profitability management of the state

- Responsible for periodic reviewing of the team performance and setting agendas

- Responsible for the training needs of the team

- Ensuring the timely hiring of resources

- Responsible for the direct reporting of minimum 5 to 7 Sales Managers

Engagement with channel

- Maintaining team and channel relationship management and ensuring the same is adhered by the internal team members





- Increasing engagement with Channel partners through product training and R&R; (Reward & Recognition) drives

Coordination with internal & external team

- Responsible for relationship managing between interdepartmental teams as well as across the bank internally and externally

- Responsible for daily coordination with the internal team via huddles calls or one to one call

Compliance & Adherence

- Ensuring all the activities including conducting R&R; and conducting recent and existing processes are following the required compliance and adherence requirement

Key Requirements- Education & Certificate:

- Post Graduate from a reputed institute will be preferred

Key Requirements- Experience & Skills:

- Efficient team management, channel management, communication skills

- Proven experience of 8+ years is required

- Preference will be given to the candidate with Bancassurance industry background

- PowerPoint and excel requirement is a must
