Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Delivery Head to lead large-scale technology delivery programs, drive operational excellence, and ensure successful execution of strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project and program delivery, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, delivery governance, financial management, and customer satisfaction across multiple portfolios.

The Delivery Head will play a critical role in aligning technology execution with business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple programs, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- Establish delivery governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational processes.
- Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and release management.
- Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Guide teams through complex technical and business challenges.

Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
- Provide regular executive updates on delivery health, milestones, risks, and business outcomes.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and stakeholder confidence.

People Leadership
- Lead, mentor,



and develop Delivery Managers, Program Managers, Engineering Managers, and technical teams.
- Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.

Financial & Operational Management
- Manage portfolio budgets, forecasting, and resource utilization.
- Track financial performance, margins, and operational efficiency.
- Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and governance requirements.

Strategic Leadership
- Align delivery strategies with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Lead digital transformation, cloud modernization, and technology adoption initiatives.
- Drive Agile and DevOps transformation across teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and operational excellence

Core Skills: Strong Application Retail Delivery Manager/Head .

Ideal candidate must have proven track record of leading a retail customer. Provide Solutions to existing projects and new projects including RFPs. Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. KPI Based/Agile Based Strong Execution of IT Services projects Financial management, People Management.
