Build and motivate high performing knowledegable, futuristic operations teams, ensure a cutting edge strategy Maintain up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors. Maintain a cost effectiveness of retail operations by developing and encouraging cutting-edge ideas. Responsible for people development by imparting appropriate coaching and mentoring the internal talent pool.
