The Engineer is responsible for providing comprehensive project controls leadership across planning, scheduling, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, risk assessment, and performance reporting for EPC and capital projects. Making an impact. What will you do?

- In this role, you will establish project budgets, cost baselines, and control systems while monitoring expenditures, commitments, accruals, purchase orders, and overall cost performance.
- Moreover, you will perform monthly cost reporting, forecasting, EAC and ETC analysis, and prepare PCS, FCS, and cash flow forecasts to support effective project financial control.
- Furthermore, you will analyze cost variances, develop cost reports, waterfall charts, S-curves, and Power BI/Excel dashboards, and recommend corrective actions to manage cost performance.
- Additionally, you will conduct project risk assessments, contingency analysis, and maintain risk registers and mitigation plans while identifying potential cost overruns, risks, and opportunities.
- Consequently, you will support change orders,



variation claims, delay analysis, schedule recovery assessments, commercial negotiations, and claim management activities.
- Similarly, you will interface with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, and Finance teams while coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders during reviews and governance meetings.
- Finally, you will provide guidance and mentoring to junior project controls professionals and deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions on project control methodologies, systems, and best practices.

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

- You have more than 10 years of relevant experience as a Graduate Engineer, with expertise in Project Controls, Cost Control, Planning, and Scheduling.
- You must have experience in EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Industrial Gases, Refining, Petrochemicals, Power, Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, or Process Industries.
- You must have strong experience in cost and schedule management, project forecasting, reporting, performance monitoring, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- You have experience supporting global projects, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills across international project teams.
