? Machine Operation: Operate and monitor BQS blister packing machines, ensuring smooth and productive production.
? Setup & Changeover: Perform machine setup, format changeover, and adjustments to accommodate different product specifications.
? In-Process Quality Checks: Conduct leak tests, weight checks, visual inspections, and batch coding verification to ensure packaging quality.
? Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve machine faults, jams, and technical issues, coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs.
? GMP Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks, and machine cleaning records as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
? Material Handling: Ensure proper loading of foils, PVC, and aluminum while minimizing wastage.
? Audit Readiness: Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and EU-GMP regulatory requirements for packaging operations.
