2. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Dust Recovery & Refinery Operations
- Perform deep dust collection to recover scrap metals such as gold, silver, platinum, and other precious elements.
- Ensure 95% to 99% recovery efficiency through accurate collection and handling.
- Handle vacuum machines, tools, and equipment carefully and follow correct operating procedures.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Carry out deep cleaning across all factory areas to support refined material collection.
- Maintain cleanliness in the refinery section and ensure optimal environmental conditions for dust recovery.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate data of recovery output, daily collection, and activities performed.
- Report findings, issues, and daily recovery details to the superior.
Health & Safety
- Follow all Health & Safety guidelines.
- Ensure secure working conditions in the refinery area as instructed by seniors.
3. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Daily dust recovery of 2 kg or more as per job work.
- Maintain recovery efficiency between 95% – 99%.
- Maintain accurate logs and meet daily operational targets.
4. Competencies Required
- Understanding of refinery dust recovery methods.
- Ability to follow processes as per training and development standards.
- Attention to detail and careful handling of materials and equipment.

Qualification
- Any educational qualification.
Techno-Functional Skills
- Skills aligned with internal training norms and refinery procedures.
Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferably in jewelry industry).
CTC Bracket
- 2,00,000 to 2,50,000 per annum
