Job title (AGM/ DGM- Engineering & Maintenance) (Lucknow)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To effectively interface with user departments on their maintenance needs.
• To demonstrate ability to liaise with regulatory authorities for all utility services & ensure compliance to life and fire safety regulations. Including building utilities which includes Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Civil, Fire Detection, PA system etc.
• To ensure NABH compliance & quality audits.
• To review and monitor patient priorities & take necessary action
• To ensure planned and timely progress and completion of commissioning activities.
• To ensure timely action on trouble shooting of equipment.
• To ensure drawings and time schedules are followed.
• To ensure planned and predictive maintenance systems are in place.
• To ensure timely Quality Audit, electrical and fire safety audits
• Provide training and guidance to subordinates.
• To plan & budget for maintenance activities and operate within budgeted costs.
• To ensure minimum downtime for all utilities.
• To ensure adequate spares inventory level in the stores.
• To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital. • To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
• To comply with patient safety policy.
• To ensure secure utilization of equipment and proper waste disposal system.
Experience & Qualifications
- 15–18 years of extensive experience in leading Engineering & Maintenance operations for corporate hospitals, ensuring optimal facility management, regulatory compliance, infrastructure reliability, and uninterrupted healthcare services.
- Healthcare is preferable
- Graduate / Postgraduate
