Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, UX designers, and QA teams.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases and achievement of business outcomes.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
- Communicate product updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust analytical and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Digital Products.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
