The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets for electrical control panels and industrial automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors. Promote and sell MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, Control Panels, and Industrial Automation Solutions. Meet customers, consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users to understand project requirements. Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers in coordination with the proposal and design teams. Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business. Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.



Track project opportunities and participate in tendering activities. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Electrical Control Panels and Industrial Automation. Understanding of MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD, APFC, and SCADA systems. Ability to read electrical drawings and technical specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong customer relationship management skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. Educational QualificationDiploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering. Experience2–3 years of experience in a Control Panel Manufacturing Company (Mandatory). Proven experience in technical sales, business development, or proposal engineering for electrical panels and automation projects. Preferred ExperienceExperience dealing with industrial customers, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and system integrators. Knowledge of Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, L&T;, Allen-Bradley, and other industrial automation products. Familiarity with tendering, costing, and proposal preparation.
