Finance and Supply Chain.Evaluate and analyze market data to identify new product and business opportunities.Develop business models and prepare P&L; for potential opportunities.Demonstrate a robust understanding of regulatory requirements across Latin American markets, particularly Brazil, Mexico, Columbia and Chile.Candidate ProfileB.Pharm / MBA qualification.7–9 years of relevant experience for Manager level.10–12 years of relevant experience for Sr. Manager level.Strong experience in Business Development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.Experience in distributor/partner identification and relationship management.Strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills.Good understanding of Latin American markets and regulatory requirements.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
