Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales and new customer accounts through aggressive business development.
- Identify and approach potential jewellers, retailers, wholesalers, dealers and institutional buyers.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Mandatory SkillsStrong new business development & hunting mindset.
- Proven ability to bring fresh sales/business to the company.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Gems & Jewellery market.

We need a “hunter” who does not wait for leads — someone who actively finds customers, creates opportunities and converts them into sales.

Experience in Gems, Jewellery, Diamonds, Gold, Silver or Precious Stones sales will be preferred.
