Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Sangamner. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and assisting customers with loan and finance solutions for commercial vehicles, cars, and construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers for vehicle and equipment finance.
- Visit customers, dealers, businesses, and other potential sources to generate business.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process.
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, and the internal credit/operations team for loan processing.
- Follow up on loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.




- Maintain valuable relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct field visits and regularly update customer and lead information.
- Ensure proper collection and submission of required customer documents.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries related to the loan process.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in sales, field sales, vehicle finance, banking, NBFC, or loan sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Marathi and Hindi communication required; basic English is preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
