Job Title: Purchase Executive

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and other company requirements.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase data, and inventory coordination.
- Coordinate with store, production, and accounts departments.
- Ensure quality, quantity, and documentation compliance for purchased materials.
- Monitor stock levels and support cost control activities.
- Required SkillsGood negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software systems.
- Attention to detail and follow-up skills.

QualificationGraduate in Commerce / Management / Supply Chain or related field.

Pharma Industry Experience is Mandatory
